Lisa Maro - Industry Adviser, Renewable Energy and Transport
Lisa is the Renewable Energy and Transport Industry Adviser supporting the delivery of Victoria’s expanding pipeline of renewable and strategic infrastructure projects. She works to strengthen local industry participation and maximise Victorian content across these fast-growing sectors. Lisa brings more than 26 years’ experience in the electrical engineering industry, with a strong focus on high-voltage substation projects, and extensive engagement across utilities, construction and renewable energy markets.

Matthew Fletcher - Industry Adviser, Construction (Innovation & Sustainability)
Matt is the Construction (Innovation & Sustainability) Industry Adviser. Prior to this, he was Co-Founder at Made by Bare, a prefabrication company specialising in modular construction and tiny homes. Matt has previously worked at a number of construction companies specialising in prefabrication. He is passionate about innovative and sustainable construction and how these ideas are played out in the built environment. Matt holds a Masters in Urban Planning and Sustainability. He has worked at consultancy SGS Economics and Planning where he found a passion for housing models that prioritised people.

Christian Saunders - Industry Adviser, Northern Victoria
Christian is the Industry Adviser for Northern Victoria. He is based in the Macedon Ranges and is responsible for the Ballarat, Bendigo and Shepparton regions. He brings over 20 years of experience in heavy manufacturing and construction, having developed a deep expertise in procurement, scheduling, and logistics, specialising in high-volume production and large-scale construction projects.

Peter McCracken - Industry Adviser, Geelong Region
Peter is the Industry Adviser for the Geelong Region. He has extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering – particularly in the automotive, water and pharmaceutical sector – with roles covering business development/sales, training, design, installation, and production. Peter has worked at the Ford Motor Company, at which he held a range of roles from electrical, process engineering to plant supervisor. Peter then moved onto both technical and business development roles with companies such as Clipsal Industrial, Schneider Electric, Klockner Moeller and Eaton Industries.

Lindsay Rattray - Industry Adviser, Building Equality Policy
Lindsay is the Building Equality Policy Industry Adviser. She has a background in commercial construction working for a builder, on projects such as schools, hospitals and sports facilities. During her 7-year career in the industry, she worked her way up from a Project Office Coordinator to a Site Engineer. During her time in the industry Lindsay strived to be an advocate for women in construction, both inside her organisations and by encouraging the next generation of young women to join. Her passion for increasing social benefit and the number of women in the industry has lead her work in Building Equality Policy at ICN Victoria.
