Nicholas Foa - Chief Executive Officer
Nick brings over two decades of public sector leadership across Local and State Government to his role as CEO. He is recognised as an approachable and strategic leader, who is committed to driving growth, innovation, and successful public policy reform. Nick is deeply passionate about our purpose of helping local win and champions initiatives that prioritise local capability, advocating for policies and partnerships that empower Victorian suppliers and manufacturers. Nick’s dedication to supporting local reflects a broader vision of economic resilience and community prosperity.
Kristan Dooley - Chief Operating Officer
Kristan is the Chief Operations Officer at ICN Victoria, overseeing corporate services including systems development, HR, administration, finance and marketing. She brings extensive operational and international experience from senior roles with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Royal Australian Navy and Austrade, and previously served as the South Australian Government’s Director of Trade and Investment in Singapore. Kristan holds a First-Class Honours degree in Mathematics, a Master of International Relations, and is a Chartered Secretary and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Jennifer Peck - Chief Customer Officer
Jennifer is all about creating positive customer experiences. With over 20 years’ leading innovation and improvement, she turns complex challenges into fresh opportunities.
