Danni Jarrett, Deputy Secretary, Industry, Trade and Investment, Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions

Danni Jarrett

Danni has held leadership roles in the Victorian Government shaping its current priorities and initiatives to achieve sustained economic growth by supporting Victorian companies to export to the world and securing investment into the State from both multinationals and high growth startups.

Danni has deep government experience with a focus on industry development – across innovation and technology, manufacturing and defence – and connections with the university and research sector, particularly in life sciences and medical research.

Danni takes pride in leading a team of high performing people committed to delivering on complex projects that shape our State and add value and colour to our lives.

Danny Banjamin, Executive General Manager, Delivery and Commercial, VicGrid

Danny Benjamin

Danny is the Executive General Manager, Delivery and Commercial for VicGrid – established to enable the transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy. Danny has held leadership positions at Major Road Projects Victoria and Victoria Police while also having worked in the private sector in construction and engineering companies. Danny believes that delivering complex projects offers a platform for change, both social and economic. It is a team sport that takes all of us to be involved and is only done well when people with different skills, perspectives and experiences come together with purpose.

Chris Miller, Chief Executive Officer, SEC

Chris Miller

Chris is CEO of SEC and has led the organisation since 2022. Under his leadership, SEC has delivered 100% renewable electricity to Victorian Government sites and +800MW of new energy projects that strengthen reliability, support local jobs and accelerate Victoria’s energy transition.

Stan Krpan, Chief Executive Officer, Solar Victoria

Stan Krpan
Stan is CEO of Solar Victoria, in the Victorian Government. Solar Victoria delivers the Government’s flagship $1.3 billion Solar Homes Program which has to date contributed 2GW of renewable energy capacity through rebates and interest free loans to more than 350,000 Victorians. Solar Victoria also administers the Victorian Energy Upgrades Program – at $600m per year, the largest energy efficiency program in Australia.
 
Stan was CEO of Sustainability Victoria from 2012-2019 and has undertaken high-profile reform roles for the Victorian Government in building, planning and environmental regulation as Chair, CEO and a consultant.
 
Stan is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Institute of Public Administration. He is a member of the Advisory Board of Monash Sustainable Development Institute and holds qualifications in Economics and Law.

Stephanie McGregor, Chief Executive Officer, Marinus Link

Stephanie McGregor

Stephanie has provided strategic direction and leadership for projects across the UK, the EU, and Australia for 25+ years. Her expertise spans project delivery, sustainability, regulatory reform, and project financing. Stephanie is now leading Marinus Link, delivering a national infrastructure project that will play a critical role in Australia’s future energy system, supporting reliability, affordability, and emissions-reduction targets.
